Claim Process

Notification: To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team within the warranty period. Provide a detailed description of the issue, damages images and proof of purchase.

Assessment: Our team will assess your claim to determine if the issue falls under our warranty coverage.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide a refund.

How long is the warranty period for your furniture? 
 
All of our furniture comes with a 10 year’s warranty covering manufacturing defects. 

What is the warranty assurance?

This assurance offers the consumer a repair first.  In case the team cannot, then the damage part will be replace if something goes wrong or is faulty with a product. Warranty won’t contain to replace whole piece of product.

What's covered? 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the following components:

1.Sofa form & fabric (Form got sinking, Fabric is not static etc.)
2.Furniture paint (fades or lost shinning).
3.Sofa inner structural frame integrity
4.Joinery and fastenings
5.Surface finishes and treatments
6.Hardware and moving parts (e.g., drawer slides, hinges)

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

1.Normal wear and tear
2.Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
3.Alterations or modifications not made by [Q&U Furniture]
4.Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions or improper storage.

Limitations

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
The replacement or repair of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty and does not extend the warranty period.
Kala furniture Pvt. Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the proper maintenance and use of the furniture. Follow all care instructions provided with your product to ensure that the warranty remains valid.
In case of a warranty claim, customers may be responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair depart, unless prohibited by rules. Thank you for your understanding.
