Terms and Conditions of Q&U Hongkong Furniture

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Q&U Hongkong Furniture, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including any additional guidelines and future modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services
Q&U Hongkong Furniture offers a variety of furniture and furnishing products and related services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. Payment must be made in full before the product is delivered or services are rendered.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are subject to change depending on product availability and shipping destination. Q&U Furniture aims to deliver products within one day of a successful order placement with full payment within the Kathmandu Valley. Q&U Furniture is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by external factors. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location.

5. Returns and Refunds
Please note that orders are generally not eligible for returns unless they are found to be defective upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.
For eligible returns, we accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. However, please be aware that the customer is responsible for bearing all installation and delivery charges associated with the return.

6. Guarantee & Warranty
Q&U Hongkong Furniture offers a 1- year guarantee & 10-year warranty on furniture products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by: 
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
Alterations or modifications not made by Q&U Furniture
Damage from exposure to extreme weather conditions or improper storage.

7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Q&U Hongkong Furniture website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Q&U Hongkong Furniture be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.

Q&U Hongkong Furniture reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
